Subsolo serves up classic Spanish and Portuguese cuisine with a modernised twist, from hot and cold bar tapas through to Portuguese Espetada grills (charcoal spit roasted grills), full degustation menus or canapé menus with gourmet Spanish canapés. A robust wine list offers a wide range of fine Australian and Spanish wines, alongside highly imaginative cocktail offerings.

A sophisticated, multi-purpose space with tremendous versatility, Subsolo is ideal for parties of all styles and sizes. “The former Omega site is dark and sultry in flamenco reds and browns for a New York-meets-Barcelona vibe,” said Simon Thomsen, the restaurant critic for the Sydney Morning Herald.

Subsolo can accommodate everything from parties of 10-20 with set menus seated in luxurious booths to large-scale functions of up to 200 people for a stand up cocktail function or up to 150 for a sit down dinner. Set menus for parties range from $45-65 (plus wine). Alternatively, clients can purchase entire food and beverage packages including live entertainment.
